They are now applying for a full term license.

The location of the site and associated transmission lines are shown in the enclosed map.

In conjunction with this application we are reviewing the Environmental Statement published in December 1973.

Based on our interpretation of Section 7(c) of the Endangered Species Act Amendments of 1978 (PL 95-632) and the fact that construction of the Ginna Station began prior to November 10, 1978, initiation of consultation is not required.

However, to assure a thorough

review, we request that your office provide any information you have on the distribution of any plants or animals listed or proposed to be listed as endangered or threatened species and which may be present in the vicinity of the Ginna Station or its associated transmission corridor.
