Along with our submittal of March 2, 1983 regarding Control of Heavy Loads a Part Two submittal date was given of December 1,

1983.

The consultant contract work required for providing this response is nearing completion with some items outstanding.

The completion of in-house engineering and the review of consultant work has necessitated a submittal date extension.

Our final report on Control of Heavy Loads will be submitted by February 1,

1983.
