Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 'l978 regulations were not remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III fee
($4,000) is appropriate since the review involved consideration of a single safety issue.
