Dear Mr. Lear:
Enclosed is Revision 7 to the Ginna Station Quality Assurance Manualr Appendix CI which describes the Inservice Pump and Valve Testing Program for the January 1,
1981 through December 31I 1989 testing period.
This revision further revises Revisions 3I 3AI 4 and 6 submitted on December 21, 1982I June 20E 1983I December 21E 1983 and June 3,
1985 respectively.
The changes are essentially threefold and include (1) adding on page 17I containment isolation valve 1793 which had been inadvertently omitted from Appendix C
and Technical Specifications (2) page 24 adds suffixes to two valve numbers for consistency with the PAID (3) page 34 provides an exemption for leak testing of ECCS check valves based on a recent change to Technical Specifications.
The changes are shown by a solid line in the left-hand margin on pages 17I 24E 33 and
'4.
Although the margin lines identify only the location of Revision 7 changes, the submittal contains all pages of the current Pump and Valve Testing Program.
