SUMMARY
OF DECEMBER 16,
- 1985, MEETING ON STEAM GENERATOR TUBE SLE EYING The staff met with representatives of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation and Combustion Engineering Corporation to discuss the licensee's
- request, dated December 13, 1985, for approval to use the Combustion Engineering (CE) method of sleeving steam generator tubes at Ginna.
A presentation of the method was made.
The staff requested that the proprietary slides used for the presentation be submitted to NRC, and that a supplemental submittal be made addressing the differences between the standard CE process described in the submitted report and the process intended to be used at Ginna during the 1986 outage.
These were submitted on December 23, 1985.
The staff committed to issuing a Safety Evaluation by the end of January 1986.
