B-38 AMENDMENT N Effective January 1, 1982, Indemnity Agreement No. B-38, between Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated March 21, 1969, as addressed, is hereby further amended as follows:
Item 4 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Item 4 - Location All of the premises including the land and all buildings and structures known as the Robert Emet Ginna Nuclear Power Station Unit No.
1 situated at 2646 Lake Road, Ontario, New York and shown as being within the outer fenced area
