Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
ln our November 4,
1983 letter to you from Mr. John E. Maier, we made commitments that, by the end of 1984, the development of our Computerized Maintenance Management System database and associated Administrative procedures would be completed.
This letter is to inform you that, due to computer resource deficiencies throughout 1984, these commitments have not been achieved.
- Recently, questions regarding the utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System at Ginna Station have
- arisen, causing RGGE to re-evaluate the system.
During this re-evaluation period, Appendix "A" to the Ginna Station QA Manual will continue to provide a list of safety related equipment and our existing Administrative procedures will continue to provide management controls over the use of this information.
This re-evaluation will be completed and a plan of action developed by December 31, 1985.
