Dear Nr. Zwolinski:
By letter dated December 31I 1984 the NRC documented their review and approval of Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's proposed modifications to the auxiliary building crane to make it single failureproof in accordance with NUREG-0554.
A proposed change to the Ginna Technical Specifications was withheld pending our written confirmation of completion of the modification.
On July 29I acceptance testing of the crane was completedr completing the modification.
ThereforeE it is requested that the change to Ginna Technical Specifications deleting the restriction on movement of spent fuel casks in the auxiliary building be issued.
