Capabilities" requires that a Procedure Generation
- Package, outlining the process by which Emergency Operating Procedures 'are written and implemented, be submitted for NRC review.
Tge PGP must also be submitted at least 90 days prior to pre-i,qp14qentation training as outlined in NTJREG 0737 Supplement 1.
