Dear Mr. Denton:
An Application for Amendment to the R.
E. Ginna Operating License was submitted September 14I 1984 in response to Generic Letter 83-37.
The Application for Amendment proposed Technical Specifications covering operability and surveillance requirements for certain NUREG-0737 required equipment and proposed minor revisions to other existing Technical Specifications.
As a result of discussions with the NRC Staffi a few of the proposed Technical Specifications have been revised.
The requested revisions are included in Attachment A to this letter.
In additioni a paragraph has been added to the bases for specification 3.5.5 and a paragraph has been added to the no significant hazards considerations of Attachment B to the original submittal.
These changes affect only a few pages of the original submittal.
However> with the issuance of the Ginna Full Term Operating License and the reissue of the accompanying Technical Specifications since the time of the September 14 applicationi all but two of the pages in our September request must be revised to accommodate the pagination of the recently reissued Technical Specifications.
Thereforei Attachments A and B which accompanied our September 14I 1984 Application should be replaced in toto with Attachments A and B accompanying this letter.
The Application itself is unchanged.
