Description of Particular Event or Circumstance:

During,quarterly surveillance testing the isolation condenser IC) high stea.~. and high condensate flow switches were found tci be out of calibration as shown below.

These switches initiate closure of the IC isolation valves in ~vent of line failure.

Action by Licensee:

The licensee reset the. switches to the as-left setting shown above when the condition was found.

After data was reviewed, it was decided that future settings would be left at 400 +/- 5 inches for steam flow and 28.5 +/-one inch for condensate flow.

The licensee intends to report this occurrence in accordance with license requirements.
