The results of the re-evaluation, as expressed to Hr. P. Johnson of Region III on December 23, 1974, indicated at that time, no recordable indications were present on either Unit with the exception of the two welds fou."ld on Unit 2 with through wall cracks.

These welds, however, were oubnequently repaired and follo\*ri.ng ultrr.sonic examirn:i,tions revealed only weld surface indications.

In addition, re-examination of Unit 3 4-in.ch bypafls loop welds will be
