EVENT DESCRIPTION (Continued) position indicator, functioned as designed.
Additionally, the redundant pos-itio*n alarm system for vacuum breaker ~-1601-33A functioned prope:i:ly, as did the alarm systems on the remaining 11 vacuum breakers.

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued) 3-1601-33A was successfully retested the foilowing day.
No further corrective action w~s considered necessary.
This is the third vacuum breaker position alarm system failure to occur on either unit; however, both previous failures involved limit switches.
Relay 3-1601-DA is a 2PDT type KP12 relay manufactured by the Square D Company.
