"satisfactorily upon demand, the safety implications of this event were minimal.
As corrective action, the leaking grease fittings were replaced, and the snubbers were reinstalled and refilled to the proper operating level.. To
- ensure timely identification of any recurring problem, the inspection interval for these 'nubbers has been decreased from 1 year to 6 months.
Snubbers #24 a,.nd 1130 are Bergen-Paterson hydraulic *shock suppression devices*.
