Enclosed is an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to reformat the Turbine Cycle Technical Specifications for clarity, and to incorporate changes to the Action Statements for the motor driven and turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pumps and associated flow paths,- as well as a

change to the testing requirements for the turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump.

This proposed Amendment should be considered effective 30 days after RG&E receipt of NRC approval.
