Dear Mr. Stahle:
Rochester Gas and Electric submitted an Application for Amendment to the Ginna Operating License dated March 10, 1987 and reflected new requirements for operation and testing of the reactor trip breakers.
Changes in the application were then made in a letter to you dated January 26, 1988 and reflected NRC requested changes and format changes engendered.
by NRC approval of Amendment No. 24.
On June 22, 1988 a telecon was held. between members of your staff and members of the RG&E Engineering staff.
The attached pages should be exchanged for the like numbered pages in our January 26, 1988 submittal as they reflect the changes requested in the June 22, 1988 telecon.
