Dear Mr. Grier:

In reply to Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 80-19, dated July 31, 1980, and its revision dated August 15, 1980, concerning mercury-wetted relays, there are no mercury-wetted relays installed or planned for use in the Reactor Protection System at Ginna Station.

To assist in evaluating the value/impact of each Bulletin on licensees, manpower expended in conduct of the review and preparation of this report is approximately one manhour.

No corrective actions were necessary.
