Dear Mr. Grier:

In reply to Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin 80-08, dated April 7, 1980, concerning containment penetration connections, a review of Ginna Station penetrations was performed.

It was determined that none of the containment penetrations at Ginna Station resemble the designs of concern in the subject bulletin.
