Dear Mr. Grier:
In the semi-annual Effluent Release Report for January 1, 1979 to June 30, 1979, two errors were made in the cover letter.
The solid waste shipped was incorrectly reported to include 219.23 Curies.
The actual
- content, as shown in the attached tabulation in the report, was 136.76 Curie s.
The volume of waste was incorrectly reported as 64,152 cubic feet.
The actual volume was 6,415. 2 cubic feet. This volume was also correctly reported in the tabulation of waste.
These discrepancies were noted in NRC IE Inspection Report 79-18 in section 1la.
