Shea Enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch input to the Safety, Evaluation Report for the Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's (RG&E) proposed storage of four plutonium-uranium, mixed oxide, fuel assemblies in the R.E. Ginna spent fuel pool.
We have reviewed the issue of criticality as it is discussed in the licensee's submittal which supports its proposed amendment to the facility's operating license.
We find RG&E's application for the license amendment acceptable for this issue.
This completes PSB, Section B's effort on the above TAC task.
