, at irma The Reactor Power Level averaged 100% until the Unit was shutdown on 12/2 for repair of a tube leak on the "B" Steam Genexator.
The pressurizer relief line nozzle was also repaired during the shutdown.
On 12/17 the Reactor was taken critical and shortly afterwards was placed in the hot shutdown condition when the Boric Acid Tanks were found.to be out of specifications due to low boron concentration.
The Unit remained shut-down until startup on 12/19.
The Reactor Power Level was gradually increased to 100% on 12/20 and remained there for the remainder of the Report Period.
