Dear Mr. Ziemann:
Harold Denton's letter dated October 30, 1979 provided clarifications of, and additions to, NRC staff requirements for short term lessons learned.
We reviewed the requirements and in our letter of November 19, 1979 committed to meet the schedule and method of compliance requested or provided justification for any differences from the requirements.
This letter documents our completion of those items which were required by January 1, 1980.
Additional information was previously provided to you in letters dated October 17 and November 19, 1979.
This letter also provides additional information concerning design of items required by January 1,
1981.
Some of these items require NRC staff approval prior to implementation.
Dates have been provided by which time staff approval is required in order to maintain an already tight schedule.
