(1) Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to change the"..Technical Specifications
'to include four (4) mixed oxide fuel assemblies in the fuel being loaded in the Ginna Fuel Cycle 10; and (2) Forty ('40) copies of each of four (4) docu-ments designated Attachments A, B, C, and D which set forth the requested change in the Technical Specifications, its safety evaluation, the basis for the fee determination, and the research, demonstration and development aspects of proposed use of Mixed Oxide Fuel Assemblies; and Applicant 0-...oQ9 Q.

E. Ginna Nuclear Plant Cycle 10 Safety Analysis Report with Mixed Oxide Assemblies The proposed amendment to the Provisional Operating License has been evaluated and determined to fall within the definition of Class IV of 10 C.F.R. Section 170.22; therefore a check for the appropriate fee in the amount.
of $ 12,300.00 is also enclosed.
