Dear Mr. Ziemann:
Your letter dated August 24, 1979 transmitted Amendment No. 29 to the Ginna Operating License.
This amendment dealt with facility modifications that had been completed following analyses of high energy line breaks outside containment at Ginna and approved the structural design of pressure shielding steel diaphragm walls proposed for the Control Building and Diesel Generator Annex.
In accordance with your request that we provide a schedule for completion of these walls, we have reviewed the construction schedule and estimate that the modi-fications willbe completed by March, 1980.
