The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission plans to issue an Amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-35 for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim) approximately on December 4, 2017, in response to the Entergy application dated March 30, 2017 (ML17101A608).
Specifically, Entergy requested to revise License Condition 3.G, Physical Protection. The amendment would revise the Pilgrim Cybersecurity Plan implementation for Milestone 8 full implementation from December 15, 2017, to December 31, 2020.
If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has any comments regarding this amendment request, please e-mail me your comments by the close of business on November 17, 2017.
