Dear Mr. Ziemann:
Your letter of July 23, 1979, which we received on July 30, 1979, requested that we propose a license condition regarding secondary water chemistry monitoring.
We are unable to respond within the requested time frame due to our current work load.
This work load includes responses to IE Bulletins, the Systematic Evaluation Program, and Lessons Learned and other activities related to Three Mile Island.
We expect that we willnot be able to respond for at least another 60 days.
