Dear Mr. Saltzman:
I am writing to supplement my letter to you of March 28, 1979, regarding the above claim and in accordance with 10 CPR 140.6.
With respect to the claim by
.one.d..Q,. /ra~, discussed in that letter, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered injuries as a result oi overexposure to radiation while working as an independent contractor's employee in the Company's Ginna Nuclear Power Plant in January, 1974.
Additionally, on August 6, 1979, the Company was made aware of two similar potential actions for injuries, suffered from alleged exposure, on the same~rogect and duxing the same period.

Mr. Jerome Saltzman SHEET NO. 2 The Company investigation to date reveals that the plaintiff and potential plaintiffs were employees of the Nuclear Installation Services Corporation at that time, and had been involved in the repair of the spent fuel storage facility at Ginna Station.

that two of the claimants (including She plaintiff)were noh exposed to radiasion in excess of 3.'0 rema per quarter during the time that they worked at the Oinna Station; and that the third claimant was exposed to 4.17 rems.
