Dear Mr. Grier:
Due to confusion arising from a change of Plant Technical Specifications in eliminating its requirements for an annual report we neglected to attend to preparation of an annual report for changes to station facilities and procedures as required by 10 CFR 50.59.
Because of the press of the annual refueling maintenance
- shutdown, the TMI issue, and the present outage for feedwater elbow replacement the preparation of this weport did not receive the attention which would have been necessary for its submittal within the allowable time frame.
We plan,
- however, to submit the report by August 31, 1979.
