(1) Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to revise Tab'le 3.5-2 for the deletion of low pressurizer level coincidence from low pressurizer'pressure Safety Injection as required by IE Bulletin No.

79-OGA; and (2) Forty (40) copies of each of three (3) docu-ments designated Attachments A, B, and C which set forth the requested change in the Technical Specifications, its safety evaluation, and information demonstrating that this change does not involve a significant, change in the types or significant increase in the amounts of effluents or any change in the authorized power level of the facility.
