Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244
Dear Mr. Ziemann:
This letter acknowledges receipt on December 19, 1978 of your letter dated November 15, 1978.
Your letter provides us with revised Standard Technical Specifications for radiological effluents and with guidance on analysis necessary to support these Technical Specifica-tions.
It asks us to submit proposed Technical Specifications within 60 days of the date of your letter.
Based on conversations with members of the NRC Staff, it appears that the original letter was either not sent to us or was lost in the mails, and an additional mailing was made in mid December.
Because of the delay in receipt of your letter, and to provide time for company'eviews required by Technical Specifications, we plan to submit our proposed Technical Specifications by February 15, 1978.
