Dear Dr. Morris:
Enclosed are 60 copies of a Sununary Technical Report describing a secondary containment leak rate test which was recently performed on Dresden Unit 2.
This test was performed in accordance with Section 4.7.C.l.c of the Dresden Unit 2 Technical Specifications and is being submitted in accordance with the require-ment of Section.6.6.E of Appendix A to DPR-19.
