NNG15CS82B NRC-HQ-10-17-T-0002 Page 3 of 17 SECTION B - STATEMENT OF WORK B.1 PROJECT TITLE Renewal of Citrix GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar, and GoTo Training Pro Licenses B.2 BACKGROUND The purpose of this action is to renew the GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar and GoTo Training software licenses for FY 2018. Skype is planned to be reconfigured to support external participants (both non-NRC employees and NRC employees working off site via Citrix). This will permit Skype to replace GoTo Meeting for meetings with 250 or fewer participants, Skypes participant limit. GoTo Webinar, and GoTo Training Pro will be required for training and for Webinars with more than 250 participants. OCIO management has determined that licenses for GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar and GoTo Training Pro should be renewed.

B.3 OBJECTIVE The objective of this acquisition is for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to procure Citrix GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar, and GoTo Training Software Licenses for 1 year. This a software license renewal for the aforementioned Citrix software licenses. Current licenses expire on September 29, 2017.

(d) Comptroller General Examination of Record. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph (d) if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, and does not contain the clause at 52.215-2, Audit and Records - Negotiation.

(1) The Comptroller General of the United States, or an authorized representative of the Comptroller General, shall have access to and right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent records involving transactions related to this contract.

(2) The Contractor shall make available at its offices at all reasonable times the records, materials, and other evidence for examination, audit, or reproduction, until 3 years after final payment under this contract or for any shorter period specified in FAR Subpart 4.7, Contractor Records Retention, of the other clauses of this contract. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.

(3) As used in this clause, records include books, documents, accounting procedures and practices, and other data, regardless of type and regardless of form. This does not require the Contractor to create or maintain any record that

General: During performance and through final payment of this contract, the contractor is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data within the System for Award Management (SAM) database and for any liability resulting from the Governments reliance on inaccurate or incomplete SAM data.

The contractor shall prepare invoices/vouchers for payment of deliverables identified in the contract, in the manner described herein. FAILURE TO SUBMIT INVOICES/VOUCHERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE INVOICE/VOUCHER AS IMPROPER.
