MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT- PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT
CONFERENCE -ST. LUCIE - DOCKET NOS. 50-335, 50-389
Dear Mr. Plunkett:
This letter supercedes
our letter of December 16, 1998, which announced a meeting to discuss
apparent violations identified during the Fire Protection Functional Inspection.
As confirmed
during the telephone conversation between E. Weinkam of your staff and G. Belisle of this
office on December 10, 1998, this meeting is a predecisional enforcement conference which
has been scheduled for January 7, 1999, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this
meeting is to discuss Fire.Protection Functional Inspection apparent violations which are
discussed
in Inspection Report 50-335, 389/98-14.
The location of the meeting willbe at the
NRC Region il Office, 61 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, Georgia in the Main Conference Room, Suite
24T20. This predecisional enforcement conference is ~oen to the public, in accordance with
the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," (Enforcement
Policy), NUREG-1600.
