Dear Mr. Plunkett:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between E. Weinkam of your staff and G. Belisle of. this office on December 10, 1998, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for January 7, 1999, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Fire Protection Functional Inspection apparent violations. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II Office, 61 Forsyth Street, Atlanta, Georgia in the Main Conference Room, Suite 24T20. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
