Dear Mr. Plunkett:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr.
Ed Weinkam of your staff and Mr. Steven Rudisai 1 of this otfice on January 14, 1998, confirming a
predecisional enforcement conference which has been scheduled for February 13, 1998, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss apparent violations associated with a setpoint.calibration error identified in the Engineered Safeguards Actuation System for Unit 1.
The location of the meeting will be at the NRC office, 61 Forsyth Street, in room 24 T25 on the 24th floor.
This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20,
- 1994, 59 FR 48340).
