Dear Hr. Plunkett:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos.
149 and 88 to Facility Operating License Nos.
DPR-67 and NPF-16 for the St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos.
1 and 2, respectively.
The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your applications for Units 1 and 2, both dated October 28, 1996, regarding containment leakage tests and removal of certain component lists from the TS.
II A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
The Notice of Issuance will be included in'he Commission's biweekly Federal Receister notice.
