Dear Hr. Plunkett:
Enclosed is the final report from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEHA) discussing their evaluation of the February 7,
1996, partial-participation plume exposure exercise for the St.
Lucie Nuclear Power Plant.
The report states that all objectives of the exercise were demonstrated, and no deficiencies or Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified during the exercise and all outstanding ARCAs,were redemonstrated successfully.
We encourage your continued cooperation with the State of Florida and local agencies in maintaining their effective programs that support the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the St.
Lucie Nuclear Power Plant.
