Benken of your staff and Hr. H. Hiller, of the NRC on February 23,
- 1996, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference requested by us which has been scheduled for March 8, 1996, at 10:30 a.m.
The purpose of this conference is to discuss apparent violations regarding a January 22,
- 1996, event involving excessive boron dilution on Unit l.
The location of the conference will be at the NRC Region II office, 101 Marietta Street, N.W., Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia.
This meeting is a closed meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
