50-335 1993 Spring Refueling Outage Inservice Ins ection Re orts Enclosed are the ASME Section XI Inservice Inspection Reports for St. Lucie Unit 1 1993 spring refueling outage.
Enclosure 1 is the NIS-1 Inservice Inspection Reports.
Enclosure 2 is the NIS-2 Owner's Reports of Repairs and Replacements.
The Forms NIS-1 and NIS-2 Inservice Inspection Summary Reports are required by ASME Code Section XI.
The reports are to be submitted within 90 days of completing the refueling outage inservice inspection.
This report provides the information required to be included in the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspection Special Report.
The report is being included pursuant to sections 4.4.5.5.b and 6.9.2 of the St. Lucie Unit 1 Technical Specfications.
