This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission
(NRC) initial examinations
led by R. Baldwin during the week of April 27,
1992.
These examinations
were
administered to employees of your company
who had applied for licenses
to
operate your St. Lucie Nuclear Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination,
preliminary
findings were discussed
with those
members of your staff identi-
fied in the Examination Report,

A Simulator Fidelity Report is included in this report
as Enclosure
2.
A copy
of the Facility Comments regarding the written examination is included
as
Enclosure 3.
The
NRC Facility Comment Resolutions
are noted in Enclosure
4.
A copy of the written examination questions
and answer
key,
as noted in
Enclosure
5,
was provided to members of the facility's training staff at the
conclusion of the exam.
The Generic
Fundamentals
Exam Section
(GFES) results for the last examination
are .as follows:
In June
1991,
one candidate
was examined
and one passed for a
100 percent
success
rate.
In accordance
with 10
CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations,
a copy of
this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
