the inspection

representative

records,

interviews with personnel,

and observation

of

activities in progress.

Within the

scope

of the

inspection,

no violations

or deviations

were

identified.

However,

a

concern

was raised

during the inspection

regarding

your capability

to activate

the

Emergency

Operations

Facility for the

St. Lucie Plant

in

a timely manner.

Your attention

is directed

to the

discussion of this matter in Paragraph

4 of the enclosed report.
