ST.
LUCIE REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATIONREPORT 50-335/OL-90-02 The NRC administered examinations during the weeks of October 29 and November 5, 1990, to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate the St. Lucie facility.
At the conclu-sion of the site visit, preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Based on the results of this evaluation, the requalification program continues to be rated as satisfactory.
Your examina-tion team members were very effective and dilegent in their implementation of this process.
However, several training deficiencies were noted.
Specifically, several knowledge and ability weakness by the operators were noted on the written examination, and one case of inadequate conflict resolution ability was noted in the simulator examination.
Except in one
- instance, the operators demonstrated adequate familiarity and ability with EOP-15, Functional Recovery.
Enclosure 3 details these findings.
