- 3. and 4.) provides the results of the Safety Analysis for St. Lucie Unit 1 Cycle 6.
Documen-tation describing the fuel and the methodology used in this Safety Analysis
- has been submitted to the NRC by Exxon Nuclear Company (ENC).
A list of these documents and their status with regard to regulatory action is provided in Attachment 2.
This list updates the previous schedule discussed with your staff members and provided in the Reference l. letter.
The proposed amendment
'and Cycle 6 Safety Analysis has been reviewed and approved by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power 5
Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
They have determined that the proposed change does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
FPL has determined that this is a Class III amendment in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
A check in the amount of $4,000.00 will follow shortly.
