OF MEETING HELD IN BETHESDA, MARYLAND WITH FP8IL ON OCTOBER 14, 1982 REGARDING ACTIONS NEEDED TO RESOLVE RSB ISSUES A summary of the issues discussed and the actions taken is given below.

FPSL letter number for submitting the sump vortex testing report.
By 10/21/82.

FPIIL will provide the revised feedwater line break analysis and methodology by November 30, 1982.
NRC will condition the license to'require submittal and review of this analysis and methodology prior to exceeding 5X power, FP8L will submit revised l CESEC questions responses to the NRC by, 10/21/82.,
4.
NRC agrees to allow a relaxation of the submittal of a report comparing San Onofre 2 natural circulation tests with St. Lucie Unit 2 until prior to exceeding 5Ã power.
FP8L agrees that this report must address all the.
items identified in the SER (Section 5,4.3) requiring resolution on this issue.
5.
FP8L will provide an explanation of the differences and similarities between PSL-1 and PSL-2 natural circulation cooldown analysis.
6.
FP8L will provide a description of their proposed method of protection against inadvertdnt boron dilution events including interim methods before final hardware i's incorporated.
