MARYLAND tlITH FP&L ON OCTOBER 12, 1982 REGARDING I'RfSSURE ISOLATION VALVE LEAK TESTING A meeting was held on October 12, 1982 between FP&L and the NRC on pressure isolation valve leak testing.
The following was agreed to:
1.
FP&L has demonstrated that leak rate testing or pressure monitoring can be achieved on all valves ments'oned i.n Table 3.4-1 of the St. Lucre 2 Technical Specificati'on.
2.
The following valves will be deleted from Table 3.4-1; V3113, 73114, V3123, V3124, V3133, V3134, V3143 and V3144.
3.
The following valves will be added to Table 3,4 1:
- V3524, V3525, V3526, V3527 and motor operated valves V3480, V3481, V3651 aind V3652.
4.
Some wording changes to the TS wi'll be made to reflect the above
- changes, 5.
NRC will review the 2 valve requirement of action C j,n Spec, 3.4,6.2,'
