SUMI1ARY OF t1EETING HELD IN BETHESDA, t1ARYLAND WITH FP&L ON
',OCTOBER 21, 1982 REGARDING LIGHT LOADS The staff stated that the recent FP&L submittal (L-82-393 dated 9/3/82) provides most of the inforMtion needed by the staff.
Therefore, it is not necesaary for FP&L to do an analysis of light loads over the vessel.
FP&L further provided clarification that the individual items listed in
"'Attachment 1 of the above mentioned FP&L letter, w'hich potentially can be carried into the fuel Ihandling building, were reviewed for the.,ir potential impact, on Ispent fuel in the '.event of a dropped accident.
- From, the results of thiseview FP&L concluded that not more than one spent fuel assembly would.be struck.
A previous =PPK. analysis (which is in the FSAR) of a broken spent fuel assembly showed no dopes exceeding regulatory limits.
On another Auxiliary ',Systems Branch matter, the staff reminded and FP&L agreed that they had made a commitment to provide the results of the auxiliary feedwater pump endurance test.
FP&L indicated that by 12/30/82 they expect to provide the results of the test to the staff.
The staff requested and FP&L agreed to provide the staff the results of the water ham0ler test on St.:-L'ucie 2.
This will be about 1/28/83.
