meeting Summary 2

Procedure No. EVP-001/SL-2, Rev.

0 stated that the general boundaries will include "piping up and down stream to the first support locations";

however, Rev.

Nevertheless, in a letter from Eisenhut to Uhrig dated August 17, 1982, the staff suggested that FPSL should include piping into the'EVP.

The staff questioned whether phase 3 of the EVP, the independent start-up operation verification phase, will be done by the program ~end date of October 1882 'si'nce start<up will not be complete by the end of October 1982.
