MARYLAND WITH FPSL ON JUNE 15, 1982 REGARDING THE PLANT'S TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The staff stated that the safety tech specs submitted by FP8L were re-viewed, evaluated and revised to reflect what is presently acceptable to us.

The philosophy, format and some changes to the tech specs were discussed.

The revised copy w'ill be made available to FPSL for their review.

The following was agreed to:

1.

FP8tL will review the comments that the NRC has made on the PSL-2 safety tech specs.

2.

FPSL will submit the revised PSL-2 RETS to the NRC by July 9, 1982.

These RETS will encompass revision 3 as a basis for their develop-ment.

This includes the ODCM.

3.

A site meeting is schedul'ed for the week of July 19 to review and concur with the NRC on the plant safety tech specs.
