SUMIIARY OF HEETING HELD IN BETHESDA, WRYLAtID HITH FP8tL MARCH 9, 1982 FP8L indicated that as of the first week of February l982, overall equips>ent (for seismic and dynamic qualification purposes} installation was about 60K complete (completion does not necesarily include poi>er-}, However, many items that the Seismic Qualification Review Team (SQRT) would be interested in could
.be at a much high percent completion.
FPBL agreed to recheck the incomplete items to update.the equipment installation status as of April l, l982.
In particular the focus will be on equipment that perform a safety functon.

The SQRT agreed to identify by April 7, 1982 the equipment to be audited.
FP&L will provide specific additional information on this equipment by April 27, 1982.
The SQRT will perform its audit at the site the week of May 3, 1982.

In the mock document audit that was done during this meeting several items were identified for FP8L action.

provide the purchase specifications and purchase orders.of each equipment b.
documentation that has an auditable link c.
all approval and sign off sheets be included in the documentation packages d.
provide latest response spectra for equipment identified for auditing e.
