Discuss the steps the operator would tkae to go from 100K power to cold shutdown via the hot shutdown panel (HSP).

Discuss protection for all associated circuits.

4.

Verify that the following direct readings are on the HSP:

- AFll Flow

- Condensate Storage Tank CST Level RSC Hot Leg Temperature (or Tave)

- Neutrons Flux Monitor (Source Range)
